McKinzie is currently offering opportunities to practice live yoga together via Zoom. Vinyasa & yin yoga are the primary focus this spring. Classes always begin and conclude with a moment of gratitude. As a student, you are welcome and encouraged to modify the poses and pace to suit your needs in each changing moment.
